And, our CEO chooses two winners each year to receive a holiday of a lifetime as a thanks for their commitment.
Health and happiness.
We care about our people and are committed to supporting their wellbeing. Our health and happiness initiaitves vary from country to country, but include things like access to free therapy, subsidised gym memberships, financial wellbeing classes, specific days off to focus on wellbeing, and even puppy therapy (yes, you read that right, sometimes we pay people like Lucy here to cuddle puppies).
