Diversity and inclusion
We are proud of our diverse and inclusive culture. We celebrate uniqueness and welcome everyone - whether that's on our stages or in our offices. We adopt a 'work is never done' mentality and are always learning and growing.

Including everyone.
We believe that diverse communities are stronger, more innovative, and better equipped to thrive, and we work towards this every day - in our business and at our events. Starting with our leadership team, who receive regular training on unconscious bias, and who are proactively involved in our diversity networks, we make sure inclusion is a priority and something we never lose sight of. We regularly review how we're doing, and ask our teams for monthly feedback on our D&I progress in our engagement survey.

Celebrating together.
Our annual inclusion calendar taps into globally celebrated dates such as International Women’s Day, Pride, Black History Month, and Disability Awareness Week. While we recognise these are topics which should be talked about year-round, these dates provide an opportunity to have conversations around, learn about and celebrate different cultures.

Being flexible.
Adaptability is key to fostering a diverse business. In particular, we know that national holidays don't work for everyone and that's why we have made ours flexible. That means, instead of taking regular national holidays, our colleagues can choose to swap them for days which mean more to them such as Chinese New Year, Eid or Pride.

Considering all.
Our growing list of colleague-led diversity networks help us to build supportive communities which advocate for the most meaningful inclusion progress. Through these groups we have improved our policies, created countless learning opportunities, raised money for causes, had thought-provoking conversations and celebrated different communities and cultures.

Meet our employee resource groups
Pryde
In 2022, we launched our flagship employee resource group, Pryde, and we are so proud of the network. Their work has included raising awareness by hosting educational talks and celebrations for colleagues, a full-scale review of Hyve’s polices, and introducing an LGBTQ+ glossary to give colleagues the words and the meaning to help make conversations easier and more comfortable. But that’s not all. This year, the group has been focusing on working with our event teams to champion LGBTQ+ inclusion across the industries we operate in.
