The story of Hyve is a story of evolution.

For decades, we've built our business by identifying where markets are heading, investing behind the opportunities with the greatest potential and creating the environments where industries come together to do business. 

That approach has shaped Hyve into the category leader it is today. 

In 2024, we set ourselves an ambitious challenge through our GO27 plan: to accelerate growth, optimise our business and more than double the size of Hyve by 2027. 

We delivered it a year early. And now, we're ready to do it again.

Ascend30 is our strategy through to 2030. It's built on a simple idea: take what we know works and do more of it. 

Over the last few years, we've strengthened our portfolio, expanded into high-growth SuperVerticals, completed seven acquisitions and developed products and services that create value before, during and beyond our events. 

Through Ascend30, we'll apply that proven model with even greater focus and discipline. We'll deepen our leadership in the markets we serve, take successful brands into new geographies, expand the products and experiences our customers value most and continue making disciplined acquisitions that strengthen our portfolio. 

It's a strategy designed to build on momentum, creating long-term value for our customers, our people and our investors.

The team to deliver it.

To lead this next chapter, we're delighted to appoint Elizabeth Deeming as Global President. 

Elizabeth previously played a key role in Hyve's transformation before going on to hold senior leadership roles at Future plc and, most recently, as CEO of MVF. As Global President, she'll lead Hyve's commercial and strategic success, helping accelerate the delivery of Ascend30 across the Group. 

We've also evolved our leadership structure, bringing together deep expertise across SuperVerticals including healthcare and ecommerce, as well as launches and acquisitions. Julie Driscoll has also been promoted to Chief Revenue Officer, where she will lead global sales best practice across the business following exceptional growth across her division.
