Every six months, through Hy Five, our global recognition programme, we reward individuals who live and breathe the Hyve Mindset and those who have made a significant impact on our events, industries, communities, and culture.
For the first Hy Five celebration of 2024, we brought together our global winners for two days filled with fun, networking and learning in London.
Upon finding out he was a winner, Victor Wang, International Sales Manager based in Beijing said: "It's incredibly rewarding to see our dedication acknowledged by Hyve. I’m proud to be part of the Hyve team in China and I’m thrilled to be representing my hardworking colleagues in London."
The highlight of this celebration was an exclusive invitation to Royal Ascot, where our winners were treated to a prime view of the racing.
Joanne Spence, Head of Content for our Retail shows in London, shared her enthusiasm: “The day at Royal Ascot was fantastic, such a treat! For hard work to be acknowledged is great, but for it to be rewarded is what makes the real difference. It was a real privilege spending quality time with colleagues I don't work closely with, particularly those from international offices."
Thank you, Hyve, for an excellent week of treats and delights, being totally spoiled as well as having the opportunity to win 4 out of 7 race bets! It's through hard work, dedication, resilience, and commitment that I was put forward, and you all have been my pillars of positivity for this success. Aaron Craft, Financial Reporting & Data Analytics Manager based in New York, couldn’t agree more. He loved the experience and hopes to be returning to the Royal Ascot soon!
But the Royal Ascot wasn’t the only treat our colleagues received. Our winners were also treated to:
- A five-star luxury stay at The May Fair hotel
- A professional development session designed to inspire and equip them with new skills with MindGym
- A private dining experience at The Twenty Two restaurant hosted by our CEO, Mark Shashoua, alongside members of the Hyve board and Executive team
It’s amazing to work for a company that values and acknowledges their employees for hard work and be given the opportunity to connect and meet Hy Five winners from across the world. Hyve truly made this experience special and unforgettable for us.
