Hyve Group

Sustainability

We are committed to using our events as opportunities to make a positive impact on the world around us.
Sustainability

Creating platforms for progress.

As well as aspiring to become a champion for sustainable development within our own industry, we recognise the unique opportunity Hyve has to lead by example, and educate, empower and drive positive change across the global industries we work with. Our events are leading a collective multi-sector effort towards sustainable development.

Creating platforms for progress.

Collaborating for change.

We want to use our events as catalysts for change and to drive tangible progress, but we can’t do it alone. Partnering with our customers sits at the very core of effecting real change, on a global scale. The communities we build around our events have the power to transform entire industries for good and this motivates us daily.

Collaborating for change.

Our ambitions.

Empowering communities

As well as the communities around our office spaces, we also lean on other communities, local to where we hold our events, for temporary periods during the year.

Our ambition - As experts in connecting people and forming communities, we are committed to supporting those who live locally to our offices and the events we run, and to addressing social imbalance.

Our commitment - To give back to the communities which our business impacts, while addressing social mobility to provide better opportunities to more people in the future.

Empowering communities

Our sustainability partners.

We are a proud Silver Partner to Making the Leap, a societal change charity which aims to transform the futures of disadvantaged young people in the UK through education and upskilling.

Inclusion, always.

We're a vibrant and inclusive business where each colleague's uniqueness is celebrated, and we empower every individual to shine. We believe that diverse communities are stronger, more innovative, and better equipped to thrive, and we work towards this every day - in our business and at our events.
Inclusion, always.

Making events accessible.

We make a conscious effort to make our events accessible and inclusive to everyone. From adapting our infrastructure, to captioning our content, to providing wellbeing spaces to retreat to, we work with our customer communities to implement the thoughtful solutions which make them feel welcome.
