The EN30UnderThirty Awards, hosted annually by Exhibition News Magazine, is a year-long scheme designed to help celebrate emerging talent under the age of thirty across various sectors in the exhibition industry. The alumni programme provides its successful applicants with regular networking, educational, and speaking opportunities to foster new and long-lasting connections within the exhibition community.
Among the winners were two outstanding Hyve colleagues, Jessica Clark-Dinsmore and Hannah Thomson, who were recognised for their remarkable contributions and dedication to the events industry.

I am overwhelmed with enthusiasm and appreciation for the EN30Under30s! I honestly never anticipated winning, so when I received the news that I made it to the class of 2023, it reinforced my belief that my persistence has truly been rewarded. Hyve and the remarkable team I am part of have consistently been my pillars of support throughout my professional journey and have played a vital role in my current accomplishments. I eagerly anticipate the exciting developments that await me in the upcoming year. 
I’m thrilled to have been named as one of the EN 30underThirty Class of 2023, and it’s a real career highlight so far to be recognised in the industry. I’m grateful for all the opportunities Hyve has given me so far, and hope that the year ahead as part of this cohort gives me plenty of inspiration to bring back to the team. We couldn't be prouder of Hannah and Jessica's well-deserved accomplishments. Their achievements have not gone unnoticed by their colleagues.
